As the name suggests, the insole is constructed using two layers; a soft foam upper layer for comfort and a firmer bottom layer for support. Available in a wide range of sizes, they can be cut to suit an individual's specific requirements.
Orthotics are often recommended by both podiatrists and physiotherapists in the rehabilitation of injuries including; achilles tendonitis, heel pain, foot pain, flat feet, plantar fasciitis and bursitis.
