Injuries usually escalate from the ground up therefore optimal foot health is critical in its prevention. The E-thotic 2-5 Plantar Metatarsal Pads (2-5 PMP's) are an innovative new product, designed to encourage proper foot biomechanics in a way which is natural and stress free. It works by promoting 1st ray plantar flexion and minimising dorsi-flexion. It is constructed using a robust PU memory foam which offers a great deal of comfort. Plantar metatarsal Pads (2-5 PMP's) can help both prevent injury and be used in the rehabilitation of an existing injury such as; achilles tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, heel pain, foot pain and bursitis. They can be easily attached to any orthotic and offer a great way to modify and customise in a way which is inexpensive.
