Because of its excellent mechanical stability and exceptional comfort, the Push Braces Ortho Aequi Ankle Brace is often recommended as one of the best ankle braces for daily use. It is perfect for ongoing ankle instability and continuous daily support since it has strong medial support with adaptable cushioning that helps reduce damaging side-to-side movement while still permitting natural walking and all-day use.

The brace has rigid support located on the medial side of the ankle and has recess for the malleolus. The lateral side is made from preformed foam allowing for adaptation to the individual anatomy.
The brace is fastened by a diagonal, elasticated strap, applying pressure around the ankle. Inversion/eversion movement of the ankle is restricted while allowing plantar/dorsal flexion adequate movement. The Aequi brace should be worn over the sock and under laced up shoes for optimal stabilisation.

- Serious residual instability
- Treatment of acute lateral ankle ligament lesions
- After-care of conservative or operated ankle fractures
- Arthrosis with instability without accumulation of fluid
- Secondary prevention of ankle ligament lesions

As much as the product is sturdy and Corston looks the part unfortunately for my disability it does no Getting enhance my walking problem
As I have ‘drop foot’ this Vivomed brace enables me to play tennis as without it I would not be able to run on court.
This is absolutely critical to my progress having had a stroke. Really helps me to feel supported rather than having to wear a huge orthotic. I love it.

Brilliant design The brace was a really good idea for my mum. It is well made and was good value for money, however my mum is only 4’ 8”, with size 3/4 feet and we found there was too much bandage for her. She was unable to fit her foot in her specific shoe. I would definitely suggest trying this product. The idea is genius. I would definitely recommend Vivomed as a company. Their customer service is amazing and they sorted out my issue with support, understanding and a prompt,no quibble, refund. Excellent!
Brace Yourself! I find this product helpful to prevent my drop foot due to MS. Very comfortable to wear all day. Easy to put on. Customer service was great too. When I realised I had ordered the wrong foot I emailed the company and they were able to switch it before it was despatched. Saved me a lot of hassle! Thank you.
Very good Was fitted for this ankle device by a foot, ankle specialist over a year ago and needed to order a replacement. It is brilliant for anyone who has ankle instability. The support needs to be replaced depending on wear and tear.
I initially got this from physio in rehab, and the support it provides for my long term foot drop and ankle instability issue makes walking far more comfortable, and safer. Now had 3-4 in past decade, worn all day everyday.

Sweet! Easy to use, it braces and stabilizes my ankle great. I'll buy another when available.
I have used these for many years now. I run three times a week and the brace has worked perfectly for a long time. I cannot remember how long each one has lasted, but I have had two and the first was purchased in about 2007.
This is the 3rd brace purchased over a number of years which I think shows it's quality. The brace is worn daily so gets a lot of use and stands up very well. Yes it may appear expensive compared to others but I wouldn't change
