The AIREX balance pad has a smooth surface making it ideal for starting out with barefoot balance training to help strengthen your joints and core. This pad is 6cm deep and gives the desired destabilising characteristics.
Due to the yielding foam, the body is constantly challenged in order to maintain balance and stabilise the joints. This exercises more and deeper muscles compared to performing the same exercises without the balance pad.
Due to the comfortable, smooth surface, the Balance Pad is not entirely slip-resistant on smooth floors. We therefore recommend an AIREX® mat underneath as the ideal complement.

Three tips for your AIREX® products

1. Use the products barefoot or in socks (no shoes)

2. If your products get dirty, clean them with ordinary soapy water.

3. Let your AIREX® products air dry thoroughly if they get wet (they can also be used outdoors)
