Postage to the UK, Including Northern Ireland and Ireland

  • UK orders over £60 and Irish orders over €100 are shipped free of charge* excluding pharmaceutical orders.
  • Delivery method will be determined by Vivomed based on the value and size of the items ordered.
  • Shipping methods used are listed below with estimated delivery times and other relevant information.

Approximate Dispatch Time

All 'In Stock' orders that are received by Vivomed before 1pm GMT Monday - Friday (excluding Public Holidays), we will endeavor to dispatch the same day. Orders received after 1pm GMT or during the weekends or Public Holidays will we will endeavor to dispatch the following working day.

Delivery times vary depending on where the goods are being sent to and the type of service that has been selected.

👉 US Customs & Duties

  • US customers: All import duty, taxes, and clearance fees are prepaid using Royal Mail’s PDDP service. No hidden costs.

  • Other international customers: Customs charges may apply depending on your country’s rules, and these are the responsibility of the recipient.

DHL shipping to Greece: Please note we will need to quote the shipping costs upon receipt of order.

Vivomed offices are closed on the following Northern Ireland bank holidays. Orders placed on these bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery Times for Royal Mail Tracked:

Royal Mail 24 Hour including Tracked service - Aim to deliver the next working day.

Royal Mail 48 Hour including Tracked Service - Aim to deliver within 2-3 working days.

Airmail orders – estimated delivery 7-10 working days.

DPD designate all the following postcodes as Highlands and Islands. These postcodes are not classed as mainland UK by DPD and therefore incur a higher delivery charge.
