Description

World class knee brace for ligament injuries

The Push Med Hinged Knee Brace is often recommended as one of the best knee braces for daily use because it provides strong side-to-side stability while permitting natural knee mobility, making it ideal for both daily knee support and recovery. It gently supports ligament injuries and knee instability during walking and daily activities thanks to its non-axial hinges and breathable Sympress™ material.

  • Support for knee joint in the medio-lateral direction
  • Non-axial support system that follows the natural rotation movements of the knee
  • Generalised stabilisation and compression for the injured knee joint
  • Sympress™ Technology
  • Comfortable to wear
  • Fits under trousers / salopettes

The Push Braces Med Knee Brace is an award winning knee support for ligament injuries. Widely used by people for skiing post injury or to help to prevent further injuries as it provides a high level of lateral protection but easily fits under salopettes.

The splints are locked above and below the knee in plastic bases and the energy of flexion is dissipated through the strap system, making this one of the best functional knee braces on the market. The strap system offers generalised stabilisation and compression for the injured knee joint.

The brace is made of Sympress, a high-quality and comfortable material with microfibres to ensure softness on the inside of the brace and to maintain dryness of the skin.

When to use -

  • Arthrosis with hydrops
  • Rheumatoid arthritis
  • Functional instability after ligament damage
  • Residual instability after ligament damage
  • Delay after-care treatment of knee ligament surgery
  • Popular knee support for skiing and other sports

Overall rating: 4.8 / 5 from 23 reviews.

I purchased the support for a ski trip. I have a ruptured ACL which I have managed non-surgically. It's light weight and has a slim profile so fitted well underneath my salopettes. I felt it gave me enough support without being restricting full range of my knee. I would 100% recommend.

I bought two of these for my recent week skiing. They are excellent for people who need robust support and injury prevention. Fairly pricey but for me were very much worth it. I successfully skiied all week with minimal pain and post-skiing, I have no residual soreness or pain. Previously, when I had skiid for a week, I'd been unable to walk without knee pain in both joints for over 6 months (due to an inflammatory arthritis condition). These supports reduce the possible amount of unwanted side to side twisting because of the side supports.

The brace is one of a kind. I love it. It needs to fit right to do it's job. It is comfortable and helps reduce lateral movement, but I can still bend my knee. I tried many braces but only this one worked for me.

Push Braces Med Hinged Knee Brace

The description for the Push Brace & it’s fit & purpose matched my experience of wearing it for a recent skiing trip & I have recommended it to family, friends & acquaintances because I have been so impressed by its suitability for my knee. I am thinking about buying another for my right knee as the osteoarthritis is almost bound to find its way there sometime, sadly. 🤔

Gives complete confidence This support is brilliant and gives complete confidence. Well made it definitely deserves the higher price tag

Push Braces Med Hinged Knee Brace

Fantastic I’m recovering from a ruptured ACL and the recommended knee brace was too uncomfortable. This one is very comfortable and I walked 2miles the first time I wore it.

Push Braces Med Hinged Knee Brace

Excellent choice! So far so good! No surgery for a complete ACL tear and back on skis exactly one year later! Thanks to my physio and this amayzing brace which provides flexibility and comfort

Push Braces Med Hinged Knee Brace

Lightweight splint with carbon fibre supports that prevent both medial and lateral movement but permits knee flexion . Sleek silhouette you can wear under trousers or tights .

Push Braces Med Hinged Knee Brace

Overall pleased with the product. But find it has a tendency to loosen and slip down so not protecting the knee all the time. Delivery was good

Push Braces Med Hinged Knee Brace

I have knee pain if stressing the joint. So far I have worn the brace for 1.5 hrs on a dry ski slope using the Pomma to get back up the hill, 2 hrs of curling leading with my braced left knee and a 1 hr hill run. So far so good. Minimal pain and stiffness in comparison to pre - push brace. The brace is less bulky than many and fits under walking trousers and running trousers. The brace is not bunching at the back of the knee and is not turning down at the top. It does not hold the heat to the same degree as my old neoprene based pro-sport knee brace. I like the action of the lever springs in stabilising the knee and providing a little additional push when extending the knee. However with the springs being plastic I wonder whether they may lose tension over time reducing the efficiency of the brace. The build quality looks good but possibly not as robust as I would hope.
