How to apply -

  1. Insert the thumb in the opening provided. D-ring goes at the back of the hand
  2. Tighten the elastic strap around the wrist joint and secure the hook and loop fastener. The buckle makes it simple to tighten the elastic strap.

Push Sports wrist Brace This is a very well designed wrist brace. It is supportive but not bulky, so it fits through and under the sleeves of most of my usual clothing. It allows full hand movement, whilst providing wrist support. After a significant wrist injury, it has enabled me to make a graded return to my usual active lifestyle within 4 months. It is encouraging and helpful to be able to use everyday activities, in addition to a physio programme, to work towards the return of full wrist movement and strength.

Great for supporting my wrist during the plank exercise After breaking my wrist a few years ago, unfortunately it still flares and swells with overuse, such as gardening or during my Pilates class. It allows protection and support without interfering with my mobility of the wrist.

I have a wrist arthritis 31 year old I broke my hand 12 years ago over time it's turned into a form of arthritis. I get pain from gym and pulling exercises. This strap has helped me lift with confidence & with rest and patience I am able to lift again (gotta still take it easy) but the support is there. . thanks better than your usual wrist supports out there. Nice and comfortable too

Great support with good flexibility Following a broken wrist in January and subsequent Carpal Tunnel release surgery very recently, my wrist is still feeling quite weak and will probably take many more months to fully recover. However, just 2-3 weeks after the surgery and 12 weeks after the original fractures, this wrist support has enabled me to start weight training and golf much sooner than I would otherwise have been able to do. The support is very comfortable to wear and gives plenty of support with very little restriction in movement. I would fully recommend this to anyone with weak wrists for any reason!

Great wrist support. I can put on over a golf glove. It puts wrist in a very neutral position and is very comfortable to wear. Yep top quality and it has prevented my lax wrist joint popping and stopped the associated pain tg.
