Insert the end of the strap through the strap ring. Slide the brace up the arm. In the case of a tennis elbow, the yellow pad is positioned on the outside of the elbow; in the case of a golfer’s elbow, it should be on the inside. The strap ring should not be located in the crease of the elbow.
Place the brace on the lower arm muscles, approximately six centimetres below the elbow.
Close the strap tightly enough to feel pressure when the arm is bent and the muscles are tightened. No tension should be felt when the muscles are relaxed. The strap can be left in the strap ring when the brace is removed.

Started getting slight pain near my upper elbow after playing tennis, carrying out jobs such as painting & gardening etc especially in the summertime. I always wear the Push elbow brace now and have found this very helpful.
Relief of pain and discomfort
The Push Elbow Brace has brought relief from the discomfort of Tennis Elbow. Used to support in everyday days and with physio exercises, I have gained strength, movement and grip back.
Fantastic quality
I was recently diagnosed with lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow) and my physio recommended getting a brace. I work in the ambulance service so do a lot of manual handling at work and wanted something that was good quality.
I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this product. As well as the high quality material, it looks a lot nicer than most the tennis elbow braces out there on the market. I've been using it for a few weeks and can tell this will last me a long time.
I also have the other Push brace and find the sports brace is useful for going underneath long sleeve tops as it is flatter.
Impressive service
Ordered on Tuesday late morning, received the item in Wednesday afternoon! The elbow support is light, comfortable and incredibly effective. Thanks!
Push Sports Elbow Brace
Excellent product, my "go-to" tennis and golfers elbow brace for my patients. It is great quality, soft and comfortable and the gel pad sits perfectly over the tendon, increasing it's effectiveness.
