While hamstring injuries in GAA are all too common, the hard grounds in the summer contribute to a number of impact injuries such as ankle sprains and knee ligament problems. This sports taping kit has been specifically designed as a small selection of different tapes to cover a variety of taping techniques for common sports injuries.
Kit contents:
- 4 rolls of Vivolastic 2.5cm elastic adhesive bandage (EAB)
- 2 rolls of Vivotape 3.8cm zinc oxide tape
- 2 rolls of Vivolight 7.5cm tearable elastic adhesive bandage
- 2 rolls of Vivorip 7.5cm cohesive bandage
