The Songbird cooling and soothing balm is an excellent, easy to apply muscle rub, perfect for a deep, post exercise massage. Made from 100% natural ingredients, all of which are listed below, which includes Arnica (known to have good anti-inflammatory effects). The balm itself has a very distinctive yet pleasant smell, while the menthol component provides a strong cooling sensation. The Songbird cooling and soothing balm is regularly used nationwide by healthcare professionals. Cautions: Cooling and Soothing Balm should not be used anywhere near the eyes and is contra-indicated for pregnancy. Ingredients:
