If you are an individual who is on their feet for prolonged periods of time or have a history of lower limb injuries you should be considering investing in a pair of dual density orthotic insoles. As the name suggests, the insole is constructed using two layers; a soft foam upper layer for comfort and a firmer bottom layer for support. Available in a wide range of sizes, they can be cut to suit an individual's specific requirements.
Orthotics are often recommended by both podiatrists and physiotherapists in the rehabilitation of injuries including; achilles tendonitis, heel pain, foot pain, flat feet, plantar fasciitis and bursitis. The E-thotic dual density orthotics are perfect to use with both the metatarsal domes and sulcus pads. Orthotics can also correct alignment and postural issues if set up in the correct way.
