- 2 x Vivomed Locklift lifting foam pads
- 1 x Roll Vivomed PVC sock tape
Rugby Lineout Lifting Kit from Vivomed using Lightplast Pro tape from BSN Medical.
Use the same tapes as used by many professional rugby teams including the IRFU.
