- 1 roll Vivo S Tape (zinc oxide tape)
- 1 roll PVC sock tape
- 1 pair of scissors
This knee taping starter kit from Vivomed contains all you need to stabilise a knee joint that has been weakened or damaged due to injury.

Optional - you may want to add a can of Mueller QDA or Tensospray which are adhesive sprays to help the tape stick better to the skin, especially important when playing a game in the wet. If you do use the adhesive sprays you may also want to consider a remover spray such as Mueller Tape & Tuffner which helps dissolve the glue on the skin and makes taking the tape off after a game less painful.
