New packaging is being introduced but it is the same tape. Now branded as Level 3 Extra Sticky rather than H2O.

Rocktape H20 has about double the adhesive concentration than normal Rocktape. It has a combination of 97% cotton and 3% nylon designed to offer a greater degree of elasticity and a tighter weave in the fabric. It has like Levotape a greater stretch than most Kinesio tapes on the marked, offering about 180% stretch. It is a valuable tape in outdoor sports and in hot, humid or wet conditions.
