The cold and hot compression soft gel packs are perfect for injury treatment and rehabilitation. The cold pack is made ice cold simply by placing in the freezer whilst the hot gel pack only requires a short time in the microwave making them ready available. Perfect to have in the house, especially if you are prone to injury, do a lot of physical activity or simply as a precautionary measure.
