Extra long locklift tear tape is an elite level lightweight, tearable elastic adhesive bandage (EAB), which is used in the line out lifting wrap to secure the locklift foam blocks in place on the thighs of the line out jumper. This tape is currently used by Premiership Rugby and International rugby teams.

While some competitors supply the shorter 4.5m rolls in their rugby line out lifting kits. Locklift tear tape is a 7.5m roll, enough to create a line out lifting wrap for 2 thighs.
