The innovative massage ball set consists of 3 different balls of different densities which are indicated using a colour coding system as shown below:
- Red= Hard
- Orange= Medium
- Yellow= Soft
Regular and consistent use of these massage balls can help relieve muscle tension and stress whilst promoting good flexibility and performance. Many injuries require regular massage such as achilles tendonitis, plantar fasciitis and tight hamstrings. The massage balls are small enough (6cm diameter) to perform trigger point massage to help minimise knots from developing within the muscular tissue. Commonly used in physiotherapy clinics across the country as well as yoga and pilate classes to supplement popular poses and exercises.
