Locklift foam line out lifting blocks were designed and created by Ronnie Lennon at Vivomed in 2011, in collaboration with international rugby players and professional physiotherapists, to provide an optimal level of grip for lifting line out jumpers in Rugby Union.
They are now available as a starter kit, which includes 2 rolls of tear tape and a roll of sock tape, to create the line out lifting wrap commonly seen in rugby today. (Also available as individual products)
locklift rugby lineout lifting kit consists of:
- 2 x Vivolight tearable elastic adhesive bandages (EAB’s) 7.5cm x 6.9cm
- 2 x Vivomed Locklift lifting foam pads
- 1 x Roll Vivomed PVC sock tape

Much better value than other kits as the hand tearable EAB tape (Vivolight) comes in the extra long 6.9m length rolls unlike some other kits which are only 4.5m. One 6.9m roll of Vivolight should be enough to tape 2 thighs.
Use the same tapes as used by many professional rugby teams including the IRFU.
